1. Before using this product for the first time, it is best to receive training and guidance from a professional coach. If professional training is not available, please carefully read the operating manual, check the fit of the mask, and ensure it is comfortable and well-fitted. Avoid over tightening to prevent facial pressure, and ensure it is not too loose to avoid water leakage into the mask. Practice snorkeling in a shallow area initially. As you become more accustomed, you can gradually increase your snorkeling time. Beginners are advised to take a break after 10 minutes of snorkeling, while experienced snorkelers should rest after 20 minutes to replenish energy and lung capacity.

2. Without professional training, unfamiliarity with the water environment can lead to nervousness and rapid breathing, quickly depleting the mask's air supply. Insufficient air intake can cause some users to feel dizzy. If you experience difficulty breathing or dizziness, immediately remove the mask by releasing the side buckles while wearing a life jacket and breathe. You can also go ashore to remove the mask and breathe.
